I feel the past year has been a tumultuous at times and based on previous experiences…it may seem like. Bad thing. In reality it’s been a year with the most self growth and all around productive times I’ve experienced. I’ve established a new path that sets me apart from where I began.
It hasn’t been easy and honestly there are plenty hurdles and teaching moments that will present themselves in front of me. I’m currently back in college, working with great company, and in a relationship that compliments the best parts of me. Yesterday, it was a gloomy Monday and the spring showers reminded me how I felt about spring rain. I wrote this short narrative poem and filmed this outside my work.
Make the best of the day. Growth isn’t accomplished by staying stagnant.
